Interesting link. I couldn't decide which one looked the best. Maybe Sicily. Did Egypt really look good to you? I didn't think it looked that good and I can assure you that Egyptian food is nothing to write home about. Once you've had koshari (http://mideastfood.about.com/od/maindishes/r/koshari.htm) 5 times in one week, it gets pretty old. Lebanon and Turkey have far better Middle Eastern food.
