My song is better than your song

The demise of WBCN this week left me feeling nostalgic for the days when they were a great radio station that played songs like this:

6'1" - Liz Phair

Happy Fajita Friday, everyone! I woke up early to get some steaks marinating using this recipe.

I don't listen to radio that much but BCN always seemed inferior to FNX.

FNX is definitely a better station. BCN really went downhill about 5 or 6 years ago when they started playing generic crappy Nickleback type rock all the time, but it used ot be a great statio. Back in the 90s, FNX's signal was really weak so out in the burbs the only thing we could get was WBCN or WAAF.

I just hope WFNX doesn't change their format in an attempt to woo former WBCN listeners. Over the past few weeks I've heard them sneak The Doors and Tom Petty into the lineup, which was just plain weird. Leave that stuff to the classic rock stations!

/I listen to the radio all the time, obviously.
