Accidentally referring to your boss as "Dad" in front of all your co-workers.
GAH!
At least it wasn't to his face. Now that would have been awkward.

LOL! At least it wasn't to your boss's face :) I remember referring to my 4th grade teacher as mom once and everyone made fun of me... probably more so because my 4th grade teacher was a man.
