Your Birthday Song

Look here to find out Billboard's #1 song on any given date.

So, what song topped the charts on the day you were born? Leave your answer in the comments. The best result (as in, the one that I think is the funniest) will win a prize.

My birthday song? "Star Wars Theme/Cantina Band" by Meco.
It appears that I was destined for a life of nerdiness.

My birthday is TODAY! So...I looked it up and "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston. I don't think I have ever even heard that song...how depressing to me.

I love all of these! Except for Kim's and Amanda's...sorry, girls, your songs were the only ones I've never heard of.

By popular vote, I'll award the prize to Maria. Congratulations, you've one an mp3 of "Tonight's the Night" by Rod Stewart!

(In college, my friends and I shared a strong appreciation of the musical genius of Rod Stewart. When his tour came to South Bend, we decided not to shell out the money for concert tickets and opted to throw a Rod Stewart tailgater on our front lawn instead. It was the best party of my life.)

Mine's "How Deep Is Your Love" by The Bee Gees. Not bad.

Eileen! I can't believe you put "you've one"! That's just like when Mr. Maiorano "had one" the teacher of the year award in our HS yearbook.

Btw, in honor of your song being the Star Wars theme tune, you HAVE to check out the funniest video going:

How bad is it? Is it the bad hair, the bad outfit, the terrible trumpet playing, the ridiculous acting, the crap dancing, oh the list goes on. The unintentional comedy is off the charts. And the best bit is that not a single person claps for her at the end!

Yikes! Kevin, I can't believe I did that! I blame it on the glass of wine I drank while I typed it.
