The Break-Up, promoted as a modern romantic comedy starring Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn, is not funny at all. It is the opposite of funny. It's not that it's a bad movie, but it's uncomfortably realistic and depressing.
I do love me some Vincent D'Onofrio, though.
And doesn't this guy (the art buyer) look like Tom Brady?
Unrelated, but I almost started a riot at lunch when I proclaimed my hatred for Gilmore Girls. Seriously, that show is SO BAD. Not bad-good, like the OC or other campy dramas, just plain old stinkin bad. Worst acting on television.

I liked the Break-up, i was with many people who found it spot on. It also hightened my feelings about jennifer aniston. We're dating now.
gilmore is a hot topic that's for sure. I accidentally mentioned them once in a post and set a commenting record. (true) (which was surpassed later by a post about buying a pickup)

i liked the break up as movie, but i hated how realistic the fighting was. it was depressing. and as i watched it i got very angry all over again at an ex who did whatever he wanted all the time and had no f-ing clue, a la vince vaughan's character. but then, this morning, i remembered some nice things the old b-friend did, and i felt a little better. but the movie is definitely not the fun, funny date movie that was advertised. this is my longest post ever, evidence that i'm obsessed with the movie.
oh, and tina, don't call my roommate a big fat whore. she's a skinny bitch.

You are correct, Amander- it IS Jill. In that photo, he doesn't look much like TB, but in the movie, he definitely did.
I thought that was Tom Brady too so I googled it and came across thie forum. Well I guess it isn't him.
